ULVAC CRYOGENICS INCORPORATED and IWATANI INDUSTRIAL GASES CORPORATION have entered into a definitive agreement under which Ulvac Cryogenics is transferred the business of production and sales of cryogenic equipments from the Engineering Business Group of Iwatani Industrial Gases.
