ULVAC CRYOGENICS was founded as a joint venture company by ULVAC, Inc. (former Japan Vacuum Engineering Co., Ltd) and CTI-Cryogenics in U.S.A. (currently part of Edwards Vacuum) and has been engaged in development, manufacturing, sales and maintenance of vacuum and cryogenic equipment, providing consistent solutions to our customers. We are proud that our expertise in vacuum and cryogenic technologies is now highly trusted and relied upon by our customers around the world.

Recently, as miniaturization and performance enhancement rapidly advances in the areas including semiconductors, electronic components, or materials research, demand for high level vacuum technology is rising than ever before. In cutting-edge fields such as medical, quantum computing or space industry, importance of cryocooling technology is further increasing. This means that our role is becoming increasingly important. We believe these changes are opportunities for growth and are determined to work even harder on technological innovation and product improvement.

We also believe that it is our mission to address social challenges such as reducing environmental burden or efficient use of resources and contribute to building sustainable society through our business activities. We work to provide products and services with less fuel consumption and higher energy efficiency and create value for the environment with our customers.
